Limit of liability
Submitting any film, print, slide, negative or electronic media to Elkhart Camera Center for processing, printing or other handling constitutes an agreement by you that any damages or loss by our company, subsidiary, or agents, even though due to the negligence or other fault of our company, subsidiary or agents, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing. Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the film, print, slide, negative or electronic media is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.

Elkhart Camera Center does not assume liability, whether lost or damaged by fire, theft, negligence or any other means, for customer supplied materials, such as frames, paintings, artwork, etc. that are submitted with orders. Should you choose to leave materials or prints, whether processed in our lab or not, we cannot assume responsibility for any damage incurred.

We cannot be responsible for materials left unclaimed for more than 30 days after completion of our service. All prices and service specifications are subject to change without notice.

Copyright laws
Elkhart Camera Center respects the rights of all artists and photographers to their copyrighted materials. We accept copyrighted materials only if written permission has been granted by the copyright owner. The customer further agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Elkhart Camera Center for any costs or judgments resulting from claim for copyright infringement by the owner or his lawful assigns.
